1990

  • Maspex is established.

1991-1993

  •  Preparation and distribution of Coffeeta coffee cream and DecoMorreno cocoa.

1993-1994 

  • The first production gets underway (Ekland instant tea, Puchatek cocoa, La Festa cappuccino and chocolate and Filutki sweets).

1995

  • The purchase of Polska Żywność in Olsztynek and of the Kubuś brand – the leader in the carrot juice market.

1998-1999

  • Investments in foreign markets. The first foreign branches of Maspex are created in Hungary, in the Czech Republic and then in Romania and Slovakia: Maspex Hungary, Maspex Czech, Maspex Slovakia, La Festa International - Romania.

1999

  • The purchase of Anin, together with the Cremona brand – a popular brand of coffee creamer.
  • The purchase of Tymbark, along with the Tymbark brand name – currently one of the best known and valued brands in the juice, nectar and soft drink market in Poland.

2000

  • The new Ekoland factory in Tychy goes into production.

2002

  • Maspex Vostok open in Russia.

2003

  • The purchase of Lubella SA – leader in the pasta and cereal products markets.
  • Lubella pasta and Mlekołaki breakfast cereals are added to the product range, along with porridge and flour.
  • The purchase of Polski Lek – producer and distributer of vitamins and Plusssz effervescent tablets and the clear leader in the vitamin market.

2004

  • First business office in UkraineMaspex Ukraine.
  • The purchase of the leading Czech and Slovakian juice, nectar and soft drink producer Walmark. As a result, the Maspex Wadowice Group becomes the ownersof Relax and Figo, the most popular brands on those markets, and of production facilities in the Czech Republic (Fontea) and Slovakia.
  • The purchase of 100% of shares in Olympos – a leading producer of juices, nectars and soft drinks. The group becomes the owners of the Olympos brand and production, raw materials and logistics facilities.

2005

  • The purchase of Queen’s, a leading juice producer in Bulgaria.
  • The purchase of shares in the Hungarian company, Plusssz Vitamin Kft – the owners of the Plusssz brand, the Hungarian market leader in vitamins – and the Apenta brand, one of the oldest mineral water brands in Hungary.

2007

  • The purchase of 100% of the shares in Arnos – a leading pasta producer in Romania. Arnos is one of the most dynamically developing brands in on the Romanian food market.

2008

  • The integration of Mark IV into the Maspex Wadowice Group.Mark IV is a local soft drinks producer in Russia.

2009

  • The Logistics Centre in Tychy – the most modern distribution centre in this part of Europe, goes on line.
  • The opening of a modern production and warehouse complex
    in Romania
    .

2010

  • Entry into the energy drinks category in Poland. Beginning a cooperation with the Foundation for Equal Opportunities and famous polish boxer Dariusz TIGER Michalczewski under exclusive license to use the name TIGER and the image of Dariusz TIGER Michalczewski in the promotion of food products.

2011

  • Start of selling the Tiger Energy Drink on the Romania and Bulgaria market.
